On Wednesday night, Montreal traveled to the Windy City to take on Chicago Fire at Toyota Park. The Impact held firm for the majority of the match, as they tried to return to Canada with a result. Goalkeeper Evan Bush made five saves in the contest, but was left helpless on the final shot he faced on the evening.
After a turnover in the Montreal end late in the contest, Chicago put on an attack to find the first goal of the evening.
