Monday represented the first contract deadline day, where MLS teams no longer competing in the MLS playoffs must announce their roster moves for the upcoming season.
The Union announced their roster moves on November 1, well ahead of the deadline. With the roster movements, the Union's current player list stands at 19, with 11 spots open to fill out the rest of the roster.
The rest of MLS announced their roster moves sporadically until Monday's deadline. The only teams yet to release their moves are the four teams remaining in the MLS playoffs: Toronto FC, Columbus Crew SC, Houston Dynamo and Seattle Sounders FC.
