As the preseason comes winding down and fans, coaches and players gear up for the regular season to start, everyone makes goals for what they want to accomplish that upcoming season. It could be scoring 10 goals during the season to making the playoffs to not getting sent off. For Richie Marquez, his goal is to be a more vocal leader on the Union.
“I’m trying to be more of a vocal leader on the back line,” Marquez said. “It’s really just paying attention and grinding it out with them. I’m just working as hard as I can and giving it everything I’ve got.
