Insider's Perspective from training

The Union have a couple days to recoup before they host Eastern Conference rival D.C. United on Friday night. While many are talking about Chris Pontius' reunion with his former team, it is business as usual for Philly when it comes to their training sessions.

On a rainy Tuesday morning the First Team took to the Union Training Center and quickly got to work. Goalkeepers broke off early from the group with coach Oka Nikolov and worked on their agility during non-contact drills. Field players were assigned to several different drills.
