The Union have a pretty typical week of training heading into their home match against NYCFC this Saturday, which means two-a-day sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and morning training on Thursday and Friday.

Had a chance to talk to Sebastien Le Toux and asked him about facing Ethan White for the first time:
