Ilsinho out for at least two weeks with hamstring injury

After picking up a hamstring injury in a scrimmage against Orlando City, Philadelphia Union veteran midfielder Ilsinho is expected to miss at least two weeks, head coach Jim Curtin confirmed on Thursday.

“Last discussions were to send him home, get a PRP injection, have him in the hands of our medical department there,” Curtin said on a conference call Thursday afternoon. “It’s likely at a minimum a couple week injury as it looks now.”

Ilsinho went off in the 30th minute of the first of two 75-minute closed door scrimmages in Orlando on Wednesday.
