ICYMI: For the first time in club history no members from Philadelphia Union were selected in a MLS Expansion Draft

In case you missed the results of Tuesday’s MLS expansion draft with Atlanta United and Minnesota United, we have a brief recap for you.

No members of Philadelphia Union were selected in Tuesday’s draft. Atlanta and Minnesota had the option of selecting an unprotected member of Philadelphia Union. A list that included Tranquillo Barnetta, Brian Carroll, Anderson Conceicao, Charlie Davies, Maurice Edu, Leo Fernandes, Raymon Gaddis, Matt Jones, John McCarthy, Walter Restrepo, Cole Missimo, Ken Tribbett and Taylor Washington.

This marks the first time in club history that Philadelphia did not lose a player in an MLS expansion draft.
