After scoring his first goal as a member of Bethlehem Steel FC, Hugh Roberts was voted to the USL Team of the Week after his standout performance against FC Cincinnati.
Roberts showcased his talent on both ends of the field, helping Steel FC secure its second shutout of the season, both against the Ohio-based club. Roberts joins teammate Seku Conneh as a member of Steel FC to be named to the weekly honors. Conneh was voted USL Player of the Week on April 11 after his two-goal performance against Cincinnati.
The 24-year-old defender showcased the talent that made him a USL Defender of the Year finalist last year, in the 33rd minute.
