Reports that are as of now unconfirmed have linked Bosnia and Herzegovina international Haris Medunjanin to the Philadelphia Union. The left footed center midfielder would be joining by way of Maccabi Tel Aviv, who you might recognize as one of the two big names in Israel’s first tier of soccer. Medunjanin was released earlier today, and Maccabi confirmed he would be going to MLS on a three-year deal.
Before Tel Aviv, Medunjanin put together an impressive list of clubs, starting with AZ (yes, he’d be reunited with Earnie Stewart) and getting a pair of caps for the Netherlands U-21 team.
