Former Temple star named to U.S. futsal roster for CONCACAF qualifiers

Former Temple and Harrisburg City Islanders midfielder Tony Donatelli was one of 14 players named to the U.S. roster for a two-game play-in series for the CONCACAF Futsal Championship.

Former Temple star Tony Donatelli will be representing the red, white and blue in a two-game series against Canada with a berth into the CONCACAF Futsal Championship on the line.

Donatelli scored 22 goals and added 20 assists in his career with the Owls from 2002-2005, which still ranks him third in career assists and eighth in points in program history. He most recently played professional with Harrisburg City Islanders last season, making three appearances after playing for six different clubs in the USL and NASL from 2006-2014.
