Five minutes short of a beautiful day in NYC

It started out to be a beautiful day in the Bronx. There we were, looking high above Yankee Stadium, at a crystalline blue sky, punctuated by fluffy white clouds that looked so peaceful. Sunny and 69 degrees—perfect weather for a soccer match or anything else for that matter. That is, all except for five minutes of it.

With a hearty contingent of Sons of Ben supporters, bolstered by a bus load of members of the club’s front office staff in the stands, you could easily recognize the chants and songs, so much a part of the scenery at the club’s home venue, Talen Energy Stadium.
