When FC Dallas comes to town to face off against the Union on August 5 in the team's Sons of Ben Appreciation Night, it will be without two starters.
Carlos Gruezo and Atiba Harris both will be serving one-match suspensions due to a red card and yellow card accumulation, respectively.
Gruezo received a red card in the 59th minute of FC Dallas's match against Vancouver Whitecaps FC for violent conduct. Gruezo made contact with Vancouver's Yordy Reyna, and as both were falling to the pitch, Gruezo caught Reyna with an elbow. It was his first red card of his career, and will create a hole in FC Dallas's backline, as he has appeared in every match, starting 19 of 20.
