Another season opener means another MLS Fantasy season. The Union travel to Vancouver to play the Whitecaps FC Sunday night at 9:30 ET (TCN). To get fans prepped for the game, here are three players fantasy GMs should target for Week 1.
Fredy Montero – F - Vancouver Whitecaps FC - $9.0
Montero enters his first season with the Whitecaps as a forward, but is expected to be an integral part of Vancouver’s attack. He serves as the final point of a quick and fast paced offense, and will reap the benefits of it. He’ll face a Philadelphia defense who was stellar in the first part of the season, but fell short in the latter half.
