Three Division 1 men’s teams from the region still have their sights set on a potential NCAA tournament bid with conference tournaments beginning this weekend for Delaware, Temple and La Salle.
Delaware (3-8-3, 2-4-2) takes on Hofstra today at 1 p.m. at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. in the Colonial Athletic Association tournament. The Blue Hens would face No. 2 seed James Madison on Sunday at 3 p.m. if they are able to get by Hofstra.
Temple (7-7-2, 3-2-2) takes on Memphis Saturday night at 8 p.m. in a game that is important both for their prospects of earning an automatic bid by winning the American Athletic Tournament and also for their chances of securing an at-large bid.
