Last night, Philadelphia Union topped University of South Florida 5-1 in the team’s second preseason scrimmage.
Head Coach Jim Curtin awarded several of the guys ample playing time, setting objectives for his squad to achieve last night
Curtin’s goals for the Boys in Blue were to play the match at a high tempo and to create chances in front of the goal.
“It was a good exercise for our guys, we were able to push their fitness,” Curtin said. “The tempo was fast, we had some good opportunities and created some chances in front of goal.
