Philadelphia Union acquired midfielder David Accam from the Chicago Fire on Jan. 19. Since coming to the club, Accam already knows what it means to be a part of the Union family and shares the same vision with the team.
"I have wanted to play somewhere with identity and culture for a long time, and I really have that here and I already understand what it means to be part of the family," Accam said.
Primarily a winger, Accam joined the Union following three seasons with the Fire, over which he scored 33 goals and added 15 assists and is one of just six players to total that record.
