The awaited arrival of Borek Dockal is over. On Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018 Philadelphia Union announced that the club has acquired attacking midfielder Borek Dockal, pending receipt of his P-1 Visa and International Transfer Certificate.
For fans that are curious, Dockal’s primary position on the pitch is the number 10 spot and based on his career numbers, it’s easy to see why he feels comfortable in that area of the field. During the 2013-2014 season, Dockal registered an astonishing 20-assist season in the Czech topflight as his club won the league title that season.
Dockal brings a level of experience to Philadelphia Union that is matched by few.
