CJ Sapong hits 200 career appearances in match against Chicago Fire

In the Union's 3-2 loss to Chicago Fire, CJ Sapong hit another personal record in his career, appearing in his 200th game in MLS.

Sapong made his debut in 2011 with Sporting Kansas City, where he made 22 appearances in his rookie season, playing his way to the Rookie of the Year award. He would then spend the next 110 matches with SKC, before he was traded to Philadelphia in the summer of 2014.

Starting with the 2015 season, Sapong had seen himself play some of the best soccer in his career, especially during the 2017 season.
