Against Toronto FC, Andre Blake made his return in a Union kit after missing eight games.
Blake last played for the Union on July 2, when he registered a clean sheet, his second consecutive shutout and fourth in his last five home matches. He was then called up to the Gold Cup, where he led Jamaica to the title match before suffering a hand injury against the US Men's National Team.
Due to the injury and playing in the Gold Cup, Blake missed eight consecutive games since the July 2 match. However, he was back in the starting lineup against Toronto FC, where he made a couple of big saves, appearing to not have any rust at all.
