Alejandro Bedoya earned his 61st cap for the US Men's National Team when he subbed in for Paul Arriola in the 72nd minute of the team's 2-1 win against Ghana.
The USMNT was already up 2-1 when Bedoya entered the game, but in the final 18 minutes of the match, he still managed to make an impact. In the closing minutes of the match, Bedoya nearly gave the USMNT a third goal, as he headed a service on net from close range. However, the Ghana keeper managed to get over and make the save before the ball crossed the line.
