For the first time in almost a year, Philadelphia Union fans will get a chance to purchase tickets to see a game in person in Chester when tickets go on sale tomorrow for Sunday’s game against the Montreal Impact.
Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s announcement Tuesday paved the way for the email fans received on Wednesday announcing ticket sales beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday.
This will be the first game open to fans since the stadium was renamed Subaru Park last winter. The new guidelines for outdoor sports venues will limit the capacity to 15 percent or 2,775 people.
