Army-Navy Cup returns to Talen Energy Stadium as the Navy men’s soccer team (2-3-1) renews their rivalry against Army West Point (2-3-1) in Army-Navy Cup V. Kick-off for this growing event is scheduled for Friday at 7:00 PM. The contest will serve as the 2016 Army-Navy men’s regular season Patriot League soccer opener for both schools.
The pageantry of Army-Navy Cup III brought 10,168 fans to Talen Energy Stadium. In 2014 and there were 9,316 fans in attendance at Army-Navy Cup IV in 2015. The 2014 and 2015 crowds were each ranked as the third-largest crowds in NCAA Division I men's soccer for each respective season.
