Andre Blake called up to Jamaica's Copa America squad

The Philadelphia Union's star goalkeeper was (unsurprisingly) named to Jamaica's 23 man roster for the upcoming Copa America Centenario tournament.

Philadelphia Union goalkeeper Andre Blake has been officially added to the Jamaican Men's National Team roster. The 25 year old is the presumptive starter for the Reggae Boyz going into the Copa America Centenario tournament, who are in Group C with Mexico, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Also named by Jamaican head coach Winifried Schäfer to the team were goalkeepers DuWayne Kerr of Iceland's Stjarnen and Ryan Thompson of USL's FC Saint Louis, as well as fellow MLSers Giles Barnes (Houston Dynamo), Je-Vaughn Watson (New England Revolution), Simon Dawkins (San Jose Earthquakes), Kemar Lawrence (New York Red Bulls), and Jermaine Taylor (Portland Timbers).
