Alejandro Bedoya scores as Philadelphia draws with Atlanta United at Talen Energy Stadium

Philadelphia Union drew with new MLS club Atlanta United 2-2 at Talen Energy Stadium on Saturday night in front of a crowd of 17,221. The Union will be out of MLS action due to the international break and will return to the pitch on September 9th when the take on Minnesota United on the road.

The Union got the home crowd rowdy early with a goal in the 18th minute. 2016 MLS All-Star started the play with a run down the far side, while sending a ball towards the middle of the pitch.

After a deflection, Giliano Wijnaldum dropped a pass on the chest of Roland Alberg who found his way behind the Atlanta defense.
