Entering the Union's final match of the season, there was one number on the mind of CJ Sapong: 15.

Sapong was closing out a career-year, with him setting a career-high in goals and tying his high in assists. He sat at 14, which was one goal short of the Union's single-season record.

The team's match against Orlando City SC was his last chance to break the record.

The Union immediately took it to the Lions, with goals in the third and sixth minutes, but neither were from Sapong. But then came the 26th minute.

Fafa Picault had the ball on the left side of the pitch, with Sapong breaking toward the net on the 2-on-1.
