It seemed a bit unfair to be focusing specifically on center field when discussing the platoons that the Phillies are running out on the field. At present, there are platoons (unspoken perhaps) in center field, left field and second base. However, in only one of them is there a clear player that is performing of late, that being Brandon Marsh.
As we’ve discussed, Johan Rojas, the other option for Rob Thomson, simply isn’t hitting well enough to warrant more playing time.
