Watch: Kyle Schwarber crushes a ball to second deck in right field

SAN DIEGO — Kyle Schwarber likes to hit moonshots in the postseason. It’s just what he does.

This time, Gerrit Cole wasn’t on the mound to give up this absolute bomb.

Yu Darvish tried to sneak a cutter inside to Schwarber on the first pitch in the sixth inning and that turned out to be a big mistake. The ball came off the bat at an incredible 119.7 mph. Apparently, it’s the hardest hit postseason home run of the Statcast era (since 2015) and the fifth-hardest home run overall.

The ball traveled 488 feet into the first row of the second deck.
