J.T. Realmuto (fractured right thumb): The Phillies catcher had five to six plate appearances in a simulated game in Clearwater on Friday, threw up to 150 ft and ran the bases afterward. Vince Velasquez (oblique): Girardi revealed Friday that Vince Velasquez is dealing with an oblique injury.
