Rounds 2-10 of the MLB draft begins Monday. With the No. 13 selection, the Phillies drafted right-handed pitcher Andrew Painter out of Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Phillies have the No. 49 and No. 84 selections as well as the 13th pick in rounds 5-20. The draft will conclude on Tuesday with rounds 11-20.
