However, there are some real reasons to think that the bullpen would be better served with Suarez in it than the potential alternative, Taijuan Walker.
The obvious is that Suarez has done it before and done it well. Walker has stated his desire to stay in the rotation and if he went there unhappily, one has to wonder how that might affect his performance.
