Phillies to sign reliever Brad Keller to multi-year deal

The Phillies are adding a big right-handed arm to the bullpen.

The team is reportedly “closing in” on a multi-year contract for former Cubs, Red Sox, White Sox and Royals right-handed pitcher Brad Keller, per Fansided’s Robert Murray. The deal, according to The Athletic’s Matt Gelb, is for two years and $22 million.

A former starter with Kansas City, Keller is cashing in after a fantastic 2025 season with the Chicago Cubs. He posted a 2.07 ERA in 68 appearances. He signed a minor league deal with an invite to spring training a year ago.
