The Philadelphia Phillies are making moves. The organization has made minor moves recently, but they’re still intriguing additions.
First, the Phillies signed former Athletics top pitching prospect Colin Peluse to a minor league deal. Then, they brought in former Pittsburgh Pirates top prospect Liover Peguero on a minor league deal as well, per Phillies - A Fan’s View’s Steve Potter.
It’s not quite a Kyle Schwarber re-signing or a Kyle Tucker agreement, but these minor league moves could turn out to be low-risk, high-reward for the Phillies.
