Cole Irvin was excellent last night, nearly putting together his first complete game of his career. He faced 28 batters in the game and threw 74 of his 117 pitches for strikes. Irvin improved to 6-1 with a 2.73 ERA. Yacksel Rios recorded the final out of the evening. Danny Ortiz hit a 2-run double in the 3rd inning to help spot Irvin a 3-0 lead.
