Lehigh Valley IronPigs – Triple A
Lehigh Valley was looking to avoid a three-game sweep on Thursday night in Syracuse. Jesse Biddle had a rough outing, leading to a 11-2 loss to the Chiefs.
Biddle lasted just 3 2/3 innings and gave up seven runs (six earned) on nine hits. His ERA swelled to 5.91 as an IronPig.
Chase d'Arnaud, Tyler Pastornicky and Brian Bogusevic, Lehigh’s first three batters in the line-up, all managed two hits on the night. d’Arnaud was the only one to record an RBI in the game.
