Bryce Harper returned to the Phillies lineup on June 3 after missing five games with a right elbow contusion.
Harper will not be in the starting lineup for the Phillies on Friday night in Pittsburgh. The first baseman is dealing with a right wrist issue, manager Rob Thomson told reporters, including Paul Casella of MLB.com. Harper’s been dealing with the problem “for a while”, per Thomson, who believes Harper to be day-to-day.
