With the regular season coming to a close later this month, the Philadelphia Phillies ended the Labor Day Weekend with the first in a three-game series against arguably one of the best teams in baseball, the Milwaukee Brewers. With both teams in first place in their respective divisions within the National League, the atmosphere at American Family Field on Monday felt like that of playoff baseball.
When looking at projections of the two teams going head to head, any analysis would try to convince you that the Brewers would win any of the three games. However, after last night's come-from-behind win, these 2025 Phillies are proving that they still have juice in their tank, and that they are looking for a better showing this year, compared to 2024's disappointment against the New York Mets.
