Phillies announce initial 60-man player pool for summer camp

Following Sunday’s 4 p.m. deadline, the Philadelphia Phillies have announced their initial 60-man player pool for 2020 summer camp, or “spring training 2.0”; players will report to Citizens Bank Park this week.

Among the invites includes top prospects third baseman Alec Bohm and right-handed pitcher Spencer Howard. Outfielder Odubel Herrera is not among the 60 players invited to summer camp. Right-handed reliever Seranthony Domínguez is not on the list, as he has been placed on the 60-day injured list with a right elbow sprain.

The full list is as follows, which includes 31 pitchers, three catchers, 10 infielders and nine outfielders:

  • Right-handed pitchers: Víctor Arano, Jake Arrieta, Connor Brogdon, Enyel De Los Santos, Zach Eflin, Édgar García, Deolis Guerra, Spencer Howard, Tommy Hunter, Trevor Kelley, Mauricio Llovera, Reggie McClain, Héctor Neris, Aaron Nola, Bud Norris, Blake Parker, Nick Pivetta, Ramón Rosso, Addison Russ, Connor Seabold, Robert Stock, Vince Velasquez and Zack Wheeler.
