The Phillies' best run output in eight games was still not enough to snap their skid.
Their losing streak reached nine, the franchise's longest since 1999, with a 6-4 defeat Wednesday night against the Baltimore Orioles at Citizens Bank Park.
Kevin Correia was charged with all six Baltimore runs, although only two were earned. Freddy Galvis' 10th fielding error of the season kick-started the Orioles' crucial four-run fourth inning.
"I don't think he's a guy that should have 10 errors at this stage of the game," Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg said. "He had some in the cold weather.
