The Phillies are still waiting on an answer from J.T. Realmuto. The two sides have discussed “various multi-year scenarios,” according to The Athletic’s Matt Gelb. Realmuto is holding out for a higher offer. The veteran catcher returning to Philadelphia is still the most likely scenario.
