Opening Day has arrived, as the Philadelphia Phillies will kick off their 139th season in franchise history Thursday afternoon as they take on their division-rival Atlanta Braves.
When doing so, there will be a handful of familiar faces in the opposing dugout — including their former catcher prospect traded for Roy Halladay, Travis d’Arnaud; and starting pitchers Charlie Morton and Drew Smyly.
However, there are dozens of more former Phillies that have made the Opening Day rosters of the 28 other teams in Major League Baseball.
