Kyle Schwarber's career night just landed him in elite Phillies home run company

The Philadelphia Phillies were looking for some life after getting swept by the New York Mets, in which they were outscored 25-8. They got that injection of life in their series opener against their other division rival, the Atlanta Braves, after All-Star slugger Kyle Schwarber had a career night by hammering four home runs on Thursday, per MLB.com's Paul Casella, and now has 49 home runs on the year.

Schwarber made history against the Braves by becoming the third player in 2025 and 21st player in MLB history to hit four home runs in a single game.
