Phillies manager Rob Thomson finished in third place in the 2025 BBWAA National League Manager of the Year voting. Brewers manager Pat Murphy became the first NL manager since Bobby Cox in 2004-05 to win back-to-back MOY nods. The Reds’ Terry Francona finished in second place.

Thomson finished with one first-place vote, seven second-place votes and and six third-place votes for a total of 32 points. Murphy received 27 first-place votes and Francona received two first-place votes. Thomson appeared on 14 of 30 ballots.

Thomson, 62, led the Phillies to 96 wins and a second consecutive National League Division title.
