Do you like the Futures Game?

MLB has really never done a good job marketing itself and its future prospects, instead relying on word of mouth to get it done. In the past few years, they’ve tried to do a better job at it, turning the MLB Draft into a multiday palooza instead of an over the phone exercise for the most diehard of nerds. One thing they did that was right was creating the Futures Game, a kind of All-Star game for the top prospects in the game, but they’re still fumbling the bag. Instead of having it a marquee event in the evening, a sort of Sunday Night Baseball thing to kick off All-Star weekend, it’s at the same time as regular season games.
