It seems like Bryce Harper took it personally.
Harper, in his latest post on TikTok, took swings inside a batting cage wearing a “Not Elite” t-shirt. This is a tongue-in-cheek reference to Phillies president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski’s comments earlier this offseason on Harper’s 2025 season.
“In Bryce’s case, of course he’s still a quality player,” Dombrowski said in October. “He’s still an All-Star-caliber player. He didn’t have an elite season like he has had in the past. And I guess we only find out if he becomes elite or he continues to be good.
