It will be another year without a Gold Glove for Bryce Harper. The Philadelphia Phillies' first baseman came up empty again after the 2025 Rawlings Gold Glove Awards were announced on Sunday, This was Harper's second straight season being named a finalist at first base.
Harper lost out to the rival Atlanta Braves' Matt Olson. Known as one of the best fielding first basemen, Olson picked up his third career Gold Glove Award, but only his first since joining the Braves in 2022. He last won in the American League in 2019 with the Oakland Athletics.
