The struggling offense of the Tampa Bay Rays entered Tuesday’s game against the Toronto Blue Jays having scored a mere 47 runs in 19 August games. Put into perspective, that's 19 runs fewer than the next-worst team, the Philadelphia Phillies. As a result, it’s hardly a surprise that numerous Rays hitters were starting to show up on ESPN’s most-dropped list. Is that fair?
