As we get ready to head back to The Farg this Friday night to open up the Flyers season at home for the first time in what feels like forever, Flyers’ President of Business Operations Valerie Camillo hopes that a new policy governing fan conduct will make the experience more welcoming for the full spectrum of Philadelphia sports fans.
This wasn’t just some corporate mandate, either. The policy was created in response to concerns raised by arena staff who have had to suffer way more abuse from fans at various events than they should ever have to — particularly as regulations related to the pandemic have been implemented.
