The Philadelphia Flyers kicked off the week by hiring a new General Manager in long-time NHL executive Chuck Fletcher.
One of the units he’ll most likely look to fix is the power-play, which the Flyers need more production out of in order to turn their season around.
Fletcher is an aggressive General Manager and the correct hire for this seemingly win now Philadelphia team.
Flyers fans ranked 12th among NHL fandoms and 180th overall on the Fandom 250 list this year.
Don’t expect Fletcher to make instant changes to the team, as he needs a little time to evaluate the roster and coaching staff in order to make correct decisions.
