So, a talented, but older player recently hit the free-agent market after getting his contract terminated by the Los Angeles Kings. His name just so happens to be Ilya Kovalchuk. Should the Flyers have interest? I’m going to go with nah, fam. He isn’t what he used to be, and GM Chuck Fletcher could find a better fit through a potential trade or younger player in the system.
