Three Takeaways from Philadelphia Flyers win over Minnesota Wild

Suffering a loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins in their last game, the Philadelphia Flyers hit the road after a five game home-stand to take on the Minnesota Wild.

Anthony Stolarz received the start in-net and opposed Devan Dubnyk. Dubnyk had a 21-19-4 record coming in, with a 2.57 Goals-Against Average, and a .913 save percentage. The Flyers had to mimic their January 14th performance and bring it to Minnesota offensively in order to win the season series.

They ended up doing so to begin the game, applying pressure in the offensive zone which led to a goal from Ivan Provorov to make it a 1-0 game.
